I know this issue is coming on the forums already. But I just want to know if it can seriously be helped.
May Ionic watch just died last night. The screen turned full black and vibrated before turning off completely. I have tried the force reset and charging it but it just will not turn on.
I have contacted customer service about this and they have understood that it is a defective watch, but the thing is, I am unable to get a replacement. Because my current watch is a replacement of my previous watch which also had a manufacturing defect.
This is seriously horrible for a new user as I have just spent $418 on a watch that broke on me twice due to manufacturing defects and I am unable to get another replacement.

UPDATE: Fitbit has contracted me about this and apparently there was some confusion on my account and I am eligible for a replacement watch. Typical miscommunication in customer service. Thanks Fitbit
