I am looking for suggestions/help as my Ionic fitbit is not turning on. Was given as a gift in May'19 and stopped working in July'19. Have been trying everthing over the summer, all videos about pressing and holding down all buttons but still not working. HELP!. Looks to be a common issue with this watch,

I appreciate the research done prior posting. If you haven't used your Ionic for a while, it can be that's not charging because the charging cable might have some dust or the pins on the device are dirty, I would like you to confirm you've tried the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Yes tried this and the issue was it was turning off when charged and since then just doesnt turn back on, not even a glimmer of light from the screen.
