Why is my ionic not keeping the correct active minutes. For over a month now I have gone on 45 minute runs just to see I only have a random 12 or 15 active minutes afterwards. My ionic stopped counting stairs months ago but now minutes too! Please fix all of this ASAP!

A warm welcome to the Community @pdo40. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Your Fitbit device recognizes and awards active minutes when the activity you're doing is more strenuous than regular walking, which includes everything from a brisk walk to a cardio workout or run.
Fitbit devices calculate active minutes using metabolic equivalents (METs). METs help measure the energy expenditure of various activities. Because they do so in a comparable way among persons of different weights, METs are widely used as indicators for exercise intensity. For example, a MET of 1 indicates a body at rest. Fitbit devices estimate your MET value in any given minute by calculating the intensity of your activity.
Regarding your Ionic not tracking floors, Fitbit devices that count floors have an altimeter sensor that can detect when you're going up or down in elevation. Your device registers one floor when you climb about 10 feet at one time. It does not register floors when you go down.
I would like you to restart your watch and continue checking if your data gets tracked.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
