I know I am not the only problem with these unresolved problems. This problem is on the now THIRD Ionic I have had within 12 months. This one being less than 2 months old.
Issues:
1. Ionic currently not vibrating. At all. Doesn't vibrate on a restart, no haptic feedback, no vibe on notifications, nor movement reminder. I have tried turning off, rebooting, factory reset, deleted and readded watch in the app, cleared app cache and data, deleted and reinstalled app...nothing works currently. When this issue started happening about a month or so ago, it would resume vibration after a reboot holding for a period of time before inexplicably stopping. Which leads to the next issue...
2. Ionic won't fully shut down when doing so through watch settings. It looks like it shuts off, but it's not, the screen is black but not shut off and it will only turn on after holding back and bottom right buttons for 10 or so seconds.
3. Ionic not counting stairs. I just noticed this today after a full factory reset. The watch face I use doesn't displace flights of stairs so this is something I hadn't noticed til now. When the watch IS vibrating properly it counts flights no problem, but when the watch isn't vibrating my history shows 0 flights for those days. Which is literally impossible since my house is a 2 level house and I work upstairs in a building and am going up and down them all day.
I am pessimistically hopeful that someone here has solved this problem and can help me.

Hi @MattytotheB,
Your pessamistic hopefulness is sadly likely to be in vain.
Pretty sure all of your issues have been asked and posted about in previous threads.
A warranty claim is your best option if you are still within the 12 months since your original purchase?

Of course, an hour after I made this post I felt my wrist vibrate telling me I had an email. I was pretty perturbed by that, HOWEVER, upon plugging the fitbit in this morning to charge a bit before work (it was at 25%) it no longer vibrates again and stopped counting stairs.
