I purchased the fitbit Ionic in April last year after having issues with the charge 3. For the past 5 - 6 weeks it has displayed the following errors:
Switches itself off and on numerous times a day, even when it has full charge.
Refuses to sync.
Screen freezes.
Battery drains quickly
Wont accept screen pin code intermittently
Last night screen became all blurred although screen is ok at the moment.
Left button sometimes requires 5 or 6 presses to activate the screen.
Last night the battery drained from 32% to 0 within 5 or 6 hours whilst asleep.
I have followed all the troubleshooting guides and spent hours trying to resolve the issues without success, I am so frustrated with it. I emailed fitbit support last week but have been advised they are not doing fitbit support by email any longer. Please advise.
I have now spent £250 on fit bit products which haven't been fit for purpose.

Contact them ASAP via phone. Your warranty runs out 12 months after purchase unless the device is a warranty replacement - then only the original product warranty period applies.
As for the battery draining - unpair the Ionic from your phone and change to another clock face and observe the battery draining. Other than that nothing much more useful can be advised here other than a restart and device reset and setting up as a new device again.
