Dear Team,
I hope you're doing well over there!
I've been facing pairing issues with my FITBIT IONIC for the last 2-3 months. And I tried multiple times connecting to the customer care over the chat or call but nothing has worked out. I attached the screenshots for the same.
Lately I came to know about its recall of the device. Kindly help me with the process of refund.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
