Hello,
I registered the watch on the refund website on the 12th of November 2023. I followed the process and got the verification reference. I knew there was a 4–6-week delay before the refund would be received.
I contacted Fitbit support after 6 weeks multiple times and I haven't received a proper answer. They told me that my refund had been approved and that I would receive an email at any time, but after more than 11 weeks I haven't received anything. I have also checked my spam folder and there is nothing there. My fitbit was deactivated and I have been almost 3 months without a watch.
I would greatly appreciate an answer as contacting Fitbit support has proved unsuccessful.
