Bought my second Fitbit 2 years ago for some reason the screen just popped off while charging...now will not come on. It's out of warranty but the screen screen shouldn't come off...looks like it was just simply glued on. Has this happened to anyone else?

@Wink993 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you've had your Ionic for 2 years ago.
Since you mentioned that's out of warranty, I could create a case with our Support team and they will check your options and provide you with further assistance.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

My fitbit ionic is just a year a half old (bought black Friday, given as Christmas gift 2018). The screened popped off in 2 of the corners and before I could try and glue it down, the whole thing just came off. I believe it is out of warranty, but are there any options? It wasn't damaged or anything, just poor glue in my opinion.

Yes, mine looks exactly like this right now and was only 1.5 years old!

Yes, Fitbit didn't do any accept offer a 20% discount on selected Fibits. I am now a proud owner of an Apple watch 5. You can really see the difference in quality.

I'm having the same problem with mine! Woke up one morning and most of the guts had spilled out of the device. Sometimes I get it back in there just right and it works fine for days, but if the screen pops out fully, it might be days before I get the screen working again. I'm expecting it to fully die at some point.
Unfortunately, I bought mine in early 2018 and I've already had to replace it once before for display issues. I'm probably far past any warranty at this point...
