Fitbit Ionic shuts down randomly by itself

Hello all,

I have pre-owned ionic for 2 months now. It was working great until 2 days back

I noticed that it was shut. First i taught that battery is empty so i put it on charger but no sign that is actually doing anything. I left if 2 hours on charger, maybe was fully emptied so needs a little more juice. After 2 hours, i managed to start it,but it shut down again in about 2 hours. When i tried 2 buttons nothing happend, with 3 buttons i started shortly, but again shut down. Next 15min i i left it to rest on charger again and tried 2 buttons, now it started,so i went into settings to factory reset. Done it all, removed ionic from app, install it again but after 2 hours it again shut down.  I restarted it again and it again shut itself down.

I saw plenty problems of this kind but most of it is marked as solved with replacing ionic or no reply at all. My warranity ended with previous owner so i dont have that luxury. Is there any software-based way to fix this? Thanks

@Nytmare A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. It's pretty weird that your Ionic is shutting down by itself. Since you've exhausted all the possible troubleshooting, I could create a case on your behalf with our Support team and they can check your available options.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
