Fitbit Ionic stopped counting steps

This is the second time I have had issues with the IONIC in the past 6m, it had stopped charging so they replaced it. Now it has stopped counting steps. It is Zero since yesterday. Any suggestions?

I would like you to try restarting your Ionic and continue monitoring it. Please reply to the following questions: 

 

- Is it not tracking any data or just steps?

- Is your Ionic syncing to your account
