For the last 10 days, I have only 0's in my activities log!
the fitbit is connected to the mobile (sometimes I see the notifications in the fitbit) but I am getting the training data only for the most recent day. Next day, it is zeros again and I am getting the data for the new day only.
I tried with my windows 10, the same problem, it is paired and connected but not syncing.
Is this a hardware problem?
Any idea what should I do?
I noticed that I cannot change the clock face also!

@AnasA It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Ionic stopped syncing with your phone and PC. In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to restart your tracker as advised in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally.
Once you've done this, try syncing your tracker again. If your Ionic is still unable to sync, try setting it up as a new device.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

@JuanJoFitbiti removed my ionic then setting it up as a new device, this solved the problem for my mob and it is working fine again 🙂
the bad side I lost the sleeping and active minutes log!
