Fitbit Ionic stopped working while doing a music transfer

Hi

My Ionic which is less than a year old suddenly stopped working when I tried to do a music transfer to it.  The Ionic was 75% charged at the time.  I’ve disconnected wifi and bluetooth on my laptop/mobile device, trying to restart using two button approach and all three buttons as well but nothing.  I have the Ionic on charge again (just to be sure) and have made sure the recharging points at the back of the device are clean.  The device was working perfectly fine until I tried the music transfer.  Any advice on how to fix this will be appreciated. Thanks.

Dave

Is your ionic connected to your WiFi router?

If your asking about music files from the pc or Mac, you might need to turn the phones Bluetooth off. Now if your referring to Deezer or Pandora then these should be updated when the versa is being charged, no pc or phone needed.
