Mine stopped the day before yesterday. Would not turn on and would not charge. Finally got the reset to work and it said it needed to charge but would not charge when "connected" to the charger. I wear this thing doing everything so decided to take a closer look at the charging connectiion area. I found that there is a small channel going around the three dots on the charging dock and mine was filled with enough dirt to cause the magnetic connection between the charging cord and the watch to not connect fully. I took a small pin and carefully cleaned the dirt from the little track around the charging area on the watch and tried to charge again. It worked like a charm and i will make it part of my regular cleaning. Ionic was fully charged quickly and works fine.
