Ionic not syncing with phone

My iconic won’t sync with my phone. Every time I’ve tried I’ll get the numbers sent to my watch n then after a couple min a message will appear on my phone says there was a issue and that’s it. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, restarting the watch, turning blue tooth off n on, restarting the phone and made sure everything was up to date. At a loss n getting very frustrated cause now not showing the correct time. Thanks in advance

My watch will sinc in the morning but won't again for the rest of the day. Thinking of buying a new watch

I've just called 0800 069 8505 they are replacing the lonic after double checking all the processes I've done....hope that helps

I let my battery die...recharged it but date and time is incorrect...what do I do now ???

I see where your frustration is coming from. Based in what you mentioned, it seems that your Ionic isn't paired to your account anymore, please try the procedure posted in this article. I know you already tried some of the steps mentioned there but following the whole procedure could help getting your Ionic set up again.

Im so over it. Have tried everything even tried to sync to another phone. Might aswell just throw it in the bin. Not worth the stress

I've managed to get mine working again but it was trial and error and I had to uninstall the app and reinstall which seems to have done the trick - even though I'd tried this before.

A real death defying challenge just to change the time on a watch...I'll try the number Thank you but in the future do not let anyone associated with this problem put a chip in your brain

I was having the same issue. And now mine has completely unpaired from my app and won't pair back. And my Bluetooth won't find it... It's frustrating...

I have had synching issues between my iPhone 11 and Ionic every day. I've tried all the steps that have been outlined in the posts. The only way I can get my iPhone to sync is to take it off my wrist and turn it over on the face on a table until the green light stops flashing. I leave it a few minutes and amazingly it syncs up to the point the watch was taken off. This also works if you connect the watch to the charger. It almost seems that the watch cannot sync and record activity at the same time...so wondering if there is some kind of flaw in the memory or a flaw in the GPS that does not allow synching and recording activity at the same time.

I am on the latest iPhone version and the most recent Fitbit firmware version. 

One anomaly observed is the bluetooth connection keeps flipping back and forth between connected and not connected (looking vs sync now) about every second.

Thanks for that. I've decided to buy a new watch. But with covid delivery takes a while  I have tried everything but no luck
