Problem just started with my two(?) year old ionic. I'm getting the message "Set Wallet - no cards have been added etc". I have never used Wallet and at this stage do not particularly want to. This message is very persistent and despite restarting watch on several occasions will not go away. It is also restricting access to other functions on the watch including, even, the time. Not happy and wonder what has happened.

I appreciate the restarts you've performed prior to posting, I see where your disappointment is coming from.
I would like you to confirm that your Fitbit Ionic has been updated to the latest firmware version. If it's updated then set it up as a new device and let me know the results.
