So it looks like we wont be getting a new Ionic that I love but I need a new smartwatch with GPS and what should I pick. 

I want everything the Ionic can do ...

how would you compare the 2 watches ...

The prices in your comparison are way off. Sense is pre-orderable for $330 for example.
