This is my 3rd Ftibit and I have never had any problems till now. The new update will not install what so ever. I did it though bluetooth and Wifi and everytime it gets to almost done than the red X shows up. I'm so pissed with all the money I have spent to Fitbit and now my device is useless. I don't know what else to do besides break this piece of **ahem**..So now it looks like I have to get a new one.

I have not been able to update, I have restored, I have even called the help line twice wrote and they helped me right up to where I already have gotten gave me a Case number and told me to call back if it failed...which it did twice. Not sure what else to do
