When I reset my ionic my sleep data is not showing

Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. I recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Restart your Ionic. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Open the Fitbit app and try syncing your Fitbit device and wait until the process is completed.
  3. If you are having trouble to sync, see our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
