Ionic not charging

Hi I have 2 lonic. Fitbits they are not working will not charge will not do anything only got them in may last year

Presumably you have two charge cables?

May be one is faulty?

Try connecting them to a computer to verify they are detected (making a good connection with the charger).

If the problem occurred after a firmware update, it could be the cause as others are also reporting the same issue.
