When I was swimming (1,0 mtr deep max) my fitbit went off, after it wouldn't turn on. I've clean around the 3 peg connection and I've wiped it with alcohol. I used the same cable I've been using since I bought it, then I used another replacement cable with a different USB hub. It won't turn on, and it won't charge at all. I've held down the left and bottom right button for 30 sec but there doesn't seem to be a point since it's already off.

It seems as though you've tried troubleshooting the device already with no luck, so in this case I would suggest contacting customer support. They should be able to discuss any warranty options that may be available to you.
