Just bought Ionic and worked well for one day. Then suddenly it can not finish syncing with the phone. Have tried everything here https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/RESOLVED-Ionic-Syncing-Issues/td-p/2218143
Did a factory reset, delete all and reinstall, turned off and on everything, nothing works.
Is this just ruined and should I return it or ???

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @hjorvar! Thanks for already taking the time to troubleshoot this syncing issue by following the suggestions in the link you shared, nice way to go!
While reading your post and the other post you share here, my first thought is that your Ionic is no longer paired to your Fitbit account and that's why it's not syncing or connecting to your phone's Bluetooth. In order to solve this, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Ionic and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device".
Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device.
If you can't get started with your Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements below, if you're using the Fitbit app for iOS, Android, or Windows 10:
If you're still unable to set up, try these troubleshooting steps:
Give this a go and let me know the outcome! I got your back my friend!
