I JUST brought this Fitbit Ionic from Macy’s and I have been disappointed since that moment. The device won’t stay connected and it won’t sync. I have tried ALL the tips. Restarting Bluetooth, restarting the app, restarting the watch, restarting phone, redoing the whole set-up… this device is just defective at this point. And I can’t get any help until Monday which is the absolute pits 🤦🏽:female_sign:
