Fitbit Ionic won't tracker steps or heart rate

Has anyone else had this issue, my ionic is getting messages lets me access apps, but will not track steps. What is the problem, why wont watch track anything. Its very annoying specialty since i chose fitbit over apple. Would love for this to be resolved, quickly.

Mine started this on Tuesday.  I have shut it down and recharged it with no resolve....this was a gift 2 weeks ago and so far im not impressed.  Might be taking it back.

My Ionic just started this same issue today, about an hour ago. I have been searching for a resolution as well.

Just read on another posting that changing the clock face to a different one worked for this same issue. I did not do anything and just now my Ionic started posting stats again.

Mine just started this today...it's showing all of stats on my dashboard in the app but watch is showing all zero's and no calories or heart rate. 

P.S. I've had mine since December and this is the first issue I've had.

I unpaired my watch from my phone. Reset both my watch and phone. Reconnected Bluetooth and my watch started showing stats again.

Same for mine.  Mine just started this today.  While watch showing all zeros, app seemed to be recording properly.  Based on other research, decided to try new clock face.  However, when I looked at the clock faces, my clock face showed an available update.  After the update, all now showing correctly.

I'm having the same issues! Updated last night and now my Ionic is not tracking my steps or heart rate. I unpaired bluetooth, restarted etc. Not working
