Out of the blue my Ionic will not charge. All contacts are cleaned and the charging cable appears to be just fine. I tried to contact live support but that was a waste of my time
Does anyone know what the issue could be?

tried to contact the Helpdesk on line and was typing a reply when they logged off!!! seems like they have no patience when people are trying to get information...… My fitbit Iconic is only 2 years old and there is no support in the UK, WHY??
