I have had my Ionic for lessthan a year. It worked fine until acfew weeks ago when it started losing time. I tried syncing it but it wont sync. I tried turning it off and then back on. That didnt work either. Today is June 25 yet my Ionic sats its June 10. I paid over $200 for someting that doesnt work. This is my 3rd Fitbit and most likely my last. The other 2 had problems too.

Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, since you're experiencing syncing difficulties, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Dear Moderator,
please do not make us laugh.
(Yes, I am totally irritated because) my Charge 3 stopped syncing after an update and it's losing om average 3 minutes an hour.
FIX THE PROBLEM instead of giving tips. We, who constantly have problems with YOUR/FITBIT issues, know these articles as a plam of our hands.
