Fitbit Ionic won't turn on

Last synced at noon today. Was fully charged.  Noticed it was off at work, was just in my office not doing anything unusual.   Tried to charge at home again, nothing.  Tried 2 button restart, got exclamation point inside of a red triangle, it disappeared and now nothing.   Tried 3 button restart and 2 button restart multiple times.  Disconnected bluetooth.  Restarted phone. Cleaned connections. Nothing.  I've only had a year and never even used it in the water and took really good care of it.  Really frustrated. What are my options?

Contact Tech Support and see if they can get it going.  They will troubleshoot and if they cannot get it working properly will often offer you a replacement device on the spot.  If out of warranty -> many report a discount on another device is offered to them.

 

All serious problems always get referred to Tech Support from this Help Forum anyways.  So better to just get directions from them on how to best proceed.  They are better qualified and have authority over any employee here.  Only they can offer you a replacement.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

This sounds like a common issue. Glad I checked the forum since mine has also gone dark.
