Inconsistent sync with Strava and Weather

Hi, my Ionic randomly stops syncing with Strava and weather apps. I follow all the instructions to get it working again with no luck and then for no reason Strava comes back. Weather seems to have gone for good. Any ideas please?

I have found that the weather app and the local internet seem to be connected redo wifi and the weather is back.
