My Fitbit won’t turn on! It’s battery went flat so I’ve put it on charge for 4 hours and won’t come on. I’ve held down  all 3 buttons for 10 seconds and it just flashes 0%

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Please follow these tips to make sure the Fitbit charges properly. 

 

Also confirm that you have a Fitbit Ionic.
