Fitbit Ionic

Two issues 

 

A)how ever I try the firmware does not get update 

1. re installing multiple times 

2. add removed Bluetooth from phone 

3. Restarted the ionic and phone 

 

 

b) wore the band for two days and noticed a sore wrist - red with small boils 

been using the charge 2 since 2018 but never such an issue, image available to support my claim

Hi @derekdsouza11,

 

Has the Fitbit update been rolled out to you yet?  Fitbit rolls out their updates in stages to make sure that all the bugs and everything work before rolling it out to everyone.  There should be a pink banner at the top of your Dashboard when you log in telling you that the update is available.
