Fitbit Ionic

Cannot receive sms or any other app notifications on iPhone 6s Plus. Been through everything reset to turning off etc. Been on phone with support took screen shots of apps and settings. Could not help

Any one with suggestions. Just got it today and firmware was updated and running 11.2.1 on phone

First the obvious, @jsmiech43, have you verified that on the Ionic that Notifications is turned On?  From the main clock screen, scroll left one screen and check Notifications there.

Yes everything is turned on went through multiple steps with tech on phone

@jsmiech43Did the tech go through the Apps notifications. See image.

My phone is not on Fitbit's list of compatible phones and all of my notifications are working, phone 3rd party email, Fitbit notifications and messages, my Bank messages etc...

Yes after I took screenshots of settings and emailed in. They said they would turn it over to a higher level and would get back to me.

I'm being swamped on the Ionic now with Community Notification because it's now working in Australia.

I have solved problem. In notifications you have to have show in history on for messages mail etc. Working now.
