i bought a fitbit Ionic last month.
But at work, my screen broke...
so i went back to the store were i bought it, and they sended it back to you guys of Fitbit.
3 weeks later i recieved an sms. So i went back to the store and it wasnt fixt... not even a letter if i wanted it to be fixt if i payd more. Nothing!!

I'm a little confused by the details. So you bought a fitbit Ionic at a retail store, and returned it to that store after it broke? And the store sent it in for warranty with Fitbit? I don't understand what the store did with your watch after you returned it.
What is the store saying, in regards to what Fitbit will do? Cracked screens aren't fixable, the entire watch would have to be placed.

i bought it at a store called Krefel.
They said to me it couldnt be fixed... but fitbit didnt let me know how mutch it cost nothing...
a fitbit Ionic cost 350euro...
its not normal a broken screen costs 350 euro...

Best AnswerWell i think thats the worst smartwatch than... i want to have it fixt... its not normal you payd 350 euros for something thats not even fixable. So you better just buy a new one for 350euro if its broken... my brain cant take that logic.
