Hi I want to get the Fitbit ionic for my sister for her birthday but she's studying to become a doctor and wants seconds on the clock and I was wondering if there is a clock face that has seconds on it for then ionic .

With over 200 clock faces there are at least a few dozen that have a second hand option. 

Fitbit also made the Chronograph clock face to address the con earns of nurses and EMT's. 

The one I currently use is called Beacon a simple clean face and has many options, one is a second hand. Note that I don't have the minute marks enabled. Screenshot_20180322-072050.jpg

 

 Also it would be to your advantage to have a title that summarizes the request. We know that it is an Ionic since that is the board that the post is in.
