My fitbit times do not respond to my pushups. I already tried to restart them but all is in vain. There is some video on the screen. Help please. After all, I am not from Ukraine and service centers here.

Hi @Buamarran.
I'm not quite sure what the issue is you are experiencing? The images/animations are only there to show you how to perform the move, not as a way of pacing your moves. Have you pressed the arrow in the bottom right hand corner to actually start the exercise/tracking?
