For the last ten days Fitbit support have told me to try numerous different pushing of buttons to reset my Ionic to try and load the new firmware without success. Has anyone else had these issues?

@Mark1965, sorry to hear you are having problems installing the update. I have not had problems with it, but others have reported some problems. Can you list the things you have tried, and the results each had? We may be able to find something that can help you get it going again.

I had a lot of problems; in the end it was not possible to do anything, the watch is completely blocked and insensitive to any possible operation on it. Very bad!!!
