Fitbit Pairing with Mobile App issue

When trying to sync and pair my Fitbit Ionic to the Mobile App I get as far as entering the four digits displayed on the Fitbit - but even though I enter them correctly - i receive a message on the Mobile App telling me I have a problem communicating with my tracker, and another 4 digit number is generated which receives the same response when I correctly enter the numbers!

 

Very frustrating - does anybody have any ideas? I've done all the unistalling of apps / restarted Mobile App and tracker etc.

@Tc73 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Do you see the tracker tile when you open up the Fitbit App? If you do, means that you have set it up correctly and you don't need to keep doing the set up process in order to sync.

 

To sync, you just need to open up the Fitbit app and swipe it downwards. It will start syncing just make sure you have Bluetooth on and Internet connection as well.

 

If you have trouble syncing your Ionic; please follow these syncing troubleshooting steps. That should certainly help you out.
