Got my Fitbit about two weeks ago, seemed to be working fine until all the stats (cals, step, HR) were not working and the battery died after a full night of charging. After charging it another night, it seemed to be working okay again. Until I noticed the green light sensor wasn't coming on, but it was still giving me a HR reading. Looked at the sensors and there seems to be a bit of condensation. Not sure how this is affecting the reading. Is there someway I can clean it?

@SabrinaDL Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is very strange. Have you tried turning off the heart rate monitor and then turning it back on from your Ionic?
Have you noticed the reading to be not accurate since then?
Also, please try performing a restart on your Ionic. That could help you out as well!
Can you also share a picture of the heart rate sensor with me?
Keep me posted! ![]()
