I have setup one card in my FitBit Pay Wallet but now when clicking on the Wallet, I receive a prompt to Sign-in. What is this prompt and which account is needed to sign-in?

@Miket91658, have you tried the PIN you created when you set up the wallet?

I have been using fitbit pay for a few months, now the app asks me to sign in. I have tried the PIN I set up. It is correct because it still works on the watch, but it doesn't let me in on the app.
Can anyone advise me on what is going on?

@MagrewWhat phone and App? . I have just upgraded to Android App 2.66 when it was released and a day later my phone was upgraded to Android V8.0.0
I have exactly the same problem. Like you I have been using Pay for 3 months and now I regret doing two updates because I can't open the wallet so I don't know which to blame.
But, mine wants to install. I can pay via the Ionic. Support have a case from me.

Hi Colin,
Yes, same app version. I am using it on a Samsung Tab A using Android 7.1.1.
I have another Tab A using app version 2.65.1, I tried accessing through that version but it reports "Error registering Ionic with Fitbit Wallet". This is despite the fact that the Ionic is properly connected and syncing with the device.
My Ionic reports that I need to add a card in Wallet. That is no surprise however because on my main paired device I had been forced to remove and add the device again due to some nonsense where it asked me to "Unlock from phone". Therefore I expected to lose and need to reinstall my card.
That is when I had the sign in challenge.
Do you know, is the sign in the PIN or is it a password that I may have forgotten?

@MagrewIt will be the 4 digit pin you use when you have to enter it when you haven't used Pay or after you have taken your watch off..
With all of that, it might not like your Ionic being on multiple devices.. I had that problem a few weeks ago after I did a factory reset and rebuilt everything. In doing that, It failed setup, and I moved to my wife's iPad, failed there. and I had final success on her Windows 10 computer.. It has inbuilt Bluetooth.. .
I had odd syncing issues since then and Support advised me to double check multiple devices.. That was the problem, so I removed my Ionic from the Win 10 and the iPad and all has worked perfectly except the current issue.. with Wallet
It doesn't worry me greatly, and I only found out by accident yesterday because I need to check a transaction and that was it... No go..
I have already done everything Support suggested, like force stop, restart everything etc.. but when the reply included, "we notice you don't have an active card at the moment" !!!!.
Like you, I'm still using Pay and the payment comes up on the Ionic and the green tick... and I'm awaiting the next email from Support.
