Fitbit Pay connection error

I had two cards set up in Fitbit Pay, but both disappeared. I tried to add them again but get this error. I have done a factory reset on the band, unpaired the device from my phone and set it up again. Screenshot_20180830-154002.png

It looks like your Ionic is having issues connecting to your phone.

 

You may find the following help article of some help, although it sounds like you have tried a few steps already. I would recommend checking your phones Bluetooth settings first and removing any other devices connected, just whilst you are troubleshooting.
