Love my Ionic.

Tuesday, went for a walk that was 1 hour and 6 minutes and 3.22 mile walk. Tracked entire walk with both GPS, time and distance.

Tonight, when on 11 mile bike ride. Stopped gps tracking and timing, etc at 20 minutes which was exactly 5 miles.It has done this in the past.

Checked setting, etc. Can figure out issue.

Any suggestions on corrections in settings, etc? Or other fix.

Hi @ZCantrell

 

There is no setting I'm aware of that may be causing it to stop tracking. Is there any possibility that your sleeve may be interfering with the screen or activating a button push during your cycling? Obviously whilst cycling you hand wrist are in a different position to when you tracked walking.

 

Other than that software wise, your only real options are to try restarting the device (Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs), or a full factory reset.
