Fitbit Pay stopped working

I was using my Fitbit pay for a few years now, then it stopped working. I did the tips and tricks most suggested, but still not working. SO I did a factory reset and uninstalled the app on my phone. Re setup my Ionic with newly installed phone app. Didn't reinstall any apps and left the clock face to default. Just added my credit card, with verify. Tried a couple of vendors today that used to work for me. STILL NOT WORKING. BUMMER. Not sure what to do next. I have had my Ionic for quite a while and still use it every day. I know there are many fitness watches now but still like my Ionic, use it to track my runs and bike rides almost everyday. Hope to be able to fix the pay function. Can't rely on the watch for quick purchases now.

@cdhunter Welcome back to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I see how important is for you the Fitbit Pay feature. I would like you to confirm you followed this procedure to set up Fitbit Pay, please double check that your bank is in the supported list.

If you did but Fitbit Pay is still not working, please let me what kind of error message you're receiving when using it.

Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Yes I verified the correct setup procedure. My bank shows supported and it verifies. I have used the pay options many times in the past. It quit working a few weeks ago, maybe more. My card shows on the display when I try the transaction. Watch buzzes and vibrates. Watch doesn’t change or say anything. Terminal for vendor just says something like not recognized. Or other ones say use card reader or something like that. I am using vendors that I used before. I did the complete factory reset. Added card still didn’t work. Btw. Lost all my music also with factory reset. I knew that but was last resort and was hoping to get Fitbit pay to start working again.
