Hi Folks!
So this is my first post here *quick wave around the room*!
I recently got an Ionic, I've also got Coach premium on there.
How do I activate the radio stations? I've spent about 4 or 5 days trying to figure this out through the Ionic, through mobile phone and the closest i got today was creating my details on the Fitbit Coach account on my desktop computer. On there was an option for Radio, I tried to choose a couple of stations the website reloaded itself and the Radio option was replaced with... i don't know some stats option instead.
Two hours later of pressing all the links and signing out and back in again and can't see any mention of the radio options.
Most of the help pages appear to particularly shallow in detail or just an advert for the thing that you already own.
I can see no other help topics on this so i'm pretty sure this is me being a complete idiot.
Any help will be gladly appreciated!
