4 days ago, my fitbit stopped tracking minutes, stopped showing heart rate when doing exercise, stopped accurately tracking calories burned and stopped showing miles correctly.  I have only had this Ionic product for 6 weeks.  I am frustrated with the unreliability of this product and would like this situation rectified or I would like it replaced.  Thank you in advance for giving this matter your attention and for your assistance.

Hello @bbiddle1 active minutes and minutes of activity are not the same.

Your heart rate should give some insight into a five minutes which are minutes that the body burns 3 times the calories at rest.

What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
