Fitbit adding activity minutes on its own

For the last few days, fitbit has been adding activity level minutes on it's own when jm not wearing my Fitbit. I take it off for a couple of hrs at work and ita been adding 60-80 minutes. I am unable to delete it. Any help??

@Mahima17 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I would like you to restart your Ionic this should avoid that your Fitbit adds active minutes when you're not wearing it. You could delete these extra active minutes by logging driving as an activity in your Dashboard.
