Hi!
I'm setting up my ionic with my strava. Even though I've given permissions and they show up on the fitbit website as having given permission, my watch still says "go to strava settings on your fibit mobil app to log in.
I'm super confused if anyone can help.

Hello,
I've same issue on my Ionic, and no update pending on my Strava Ionic application. Try to remove and reinstall the Strava application on my Ionic, but still having the message to link my account ( instead of seeing activities on my Ionic), despite the fact I have don3 several times the link and the synchronization.
My phone is under Android (Xiaomi Redmi Note 5)
Any ideas on the reason?

@Zoliv Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It's pretty weird that your Fitbit Ionic is showing link account and you have done it. I would like you to confirm you've tried this procedure to link both accounts and that you have logged into your Strava app from the Fitbit app.

Hi,
Here is an update about my issue.
After reboot of my phone and my Fitbit, the synchronization of Strava application on my Fitbit have been reactivated.
So, all is Ok now.
