As of 11/29/19 my Fitbit ionic is not functioning properly. I have charged, synced, and updated. Still super glitchy, can’t track workouts, can’t get notifications, can’t get uploads! Only a year old and love it, but now super frustrating!!! Please help!

I’ve had 2 ionics fail both failed in less than a year each.
