Would Fitbit be developing more apps or clock faces for the ionic or would it rely only on 3rd party apps ?

i would love to see more Fitbit apps and features and more customisable options for the ionics . 

I hope Fitbit does not let its ionic buyers down by not having frequent firmware  os updates rolled out for the ionic , 

the feature suggestions should be provided in the current ionic and not just in a totally new product .

hope that ionic gets smarter with time and not only remains a great fitness tracker .

There are some apps that are soon to be added to the ionic - https://www.theverge.com/circuitbreaker/2017/12/5/16737672/fitbit-ionic-os-update-apps-watchfaces-la... - so I guess they won't only rely on third party developers.

 

I agree with you, they should work a lot on the fitbit os, and make it the base (with A LOT OF improvements) for future smartwatches.
