Hi,
I've got a Fitbit Ionic and a Nokia 7 plus and while though I know but the Nokia 7 plus is not listed as compatible (realised after I bought my new phone) but I'm having troubles and I didn't know anybody could help.
I have had on/off connectivity issues with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but I eventually get it working again.
I had to send my phone off for repairs and when logging back into Fitbit and trying to connect the phone and the watch I cannot seem to connect to WiFi.
I'm literally stuck with the loading icon on the Wi-Fi setting page and it won't go any further. (I've taken a screenshot but I can't figure out how to post it here)
I tried the obvious restart the watch, restart myphone, disconnect the Bluetooth and all devices, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app to no avail.
I'm upset that I might have to change either the phone or the watch as I love both!
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks 🙂

Hello! Welcome aboard @Louiseq989 I'm happy to help you out with your difficulties.
First, I'd like to appreciate you time and effort troubleshooting this matter prior posting. Just as you stated on your post, the Nokia 7 plus phone is not listed as a compatible device with our Fitbit products and services, therefore, we cannot ensure its performance. That said, this could be the reason of why are you experiencing connectivity difficulties too. so I'll recommend you to try connecting your Ionic device with a supported mobile device or with a computer and then check our help article: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to WiFi?. Also, for more information and details about how to download our Fitbit app in your computer, you can check this post.
I recommend you to check this helpful information for more details about how to attach a photo on your post.
Please keep me posted, I'll be around.
