Hi folks any problems with your Fitbit product don’t hesitate to call or email Customer Support! I spoke with customer services via email and after they reviewed my watch data remotely they confirmed that the battery was not operating correctly and have offered a replacement watch.
Can't fault the service they gave me so i would recommend sending them a mail. Very helpful and could clearly see the battery was not operating properly on my Ionic thanks for a brilliant service!
