Fitbit deleting my steps when syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every time I go above 20 thousand steps, my Fitbit will roll back my steps when I sync it.  Last time it went from 28K all the way back to 14K. Extremely frustrating. Anyone with a solution besides calling them.  The help line was no help at all.

Hi @RunEazy thanks for bringing this to my attention, let me give you a hand with your Ionic and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'd like to first appreciate your time at the moment you contacted our Support team for assistance, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you, thanks for your patience. Seems completely odd that your Ionic is deleting the steps after the syncing process is completed, to better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time this situation occurred and how many times since then? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Fitbit. Make sure that you're syncing your device with a compatible device. Also, make sure that your Fitbit app, mobile device and Ionic are up to date.

Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.
