my ionic won't sync now...........have troubleshot it, restarted it etc......no lights on the back of the ionic. will not sync! help!

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and time troubleshooting your Ionic prior posting. Can you please confirm if your Android mobile device is on our list of compatible devices with our products and services? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information and follow the steps from our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process that may resolve the heart rate green lights situation, but to verify if you didn't accidentally turn the sensors off, scroll to Settings to check this. You can check this in the Fitbit app or Fitbit.com dashboard in the same way too.
